Join the Cedar Valley Plant-Based Community for an evening of plant-based food, good company, and stargazing! 🌱✨

We’ll start at Pancheros in Waterloo from 7:00-8:30pm for dinner and conversation. Build your own burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad with plant-based ingredients.

Then, we’ll head to Prairie Grove Park in Waterloo from 9:00-10:30pm for an evening under the stars, hosted by the Grout Museum District and the Black Hawk Astronomy Club. The Star Party is free to attend and offers the opportunity to explore the night sky through telescopes.

Come for dinner, stargazing, or join us for both! Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, plant-curious, or simply interested in meeting some friendly people in the Cedar Valley, you’re welcome.

The Star Party is free. Dinner purchases are on your own. Stargazing is weather-dependent.
