Founder & Director

Megan McFadden founded Cedar Valley Plant-Based Community in 2026 to create welcoming opportunities for people to connect through plant-based food, events, and experiences.

A longtime Cedar Valley resident and founder of the vegan lifestyle and travel brand Mischievous Monsters, Megan brings her background in marketing, community building, and event planning to growing a kinder, more connected plant-based community in Northeast Iowa.
